研究兴趣
结合分离培养、分子生态学(如扩增子、基因组和宏组学等)和生物信息学手段,分析近海、大洋、深渊等典型海洋环境中微生物的群落演替、组装机制及环境效应,探讨关键海洋微生物类群在重要元素(碳、氮、硫等)循环中所发挥的生态作用。以第一/通讯作者在ISME J、Microbiome、Molecular Ecology、Environmental Microbiology和Applied and Environmental Microbiology等领域权威杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,论文被引用900余次。
