研究方向

 以海洋生物被膜为主要对象,探索微生物群落的生态学功能以及微生物的环境适应策略。融合生态学、微生物生理学、生物化学的关键技术方法,解析了全球海洋生物被膜的菌种组成与核心功能,环境生物被膜的发育过程,以及生物被膜模式菌种Pseudomonas aeruginosa的特殊生境适应机制。已发表SCI论文71篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsMicrobiomeEnvironmental Science & TechnologyEnvironmental MicrobiologyMolecular EcologymSystemsApplied and Environmental MicrobiologyJournal of Biological Chemistry·Marine Life Science & Technology等期刊发表论文22篇。未来关注的科学问题是全球气候变化与海洋生物被膜微生物圈(biofilm microbial sphere)的相互作用。
