科研领域描述:

1)海洋生物技术

是指运用海洋生物学与工程学的原理和方法,利用海洋生物或生物代谢过程生产有用的生物制品。该研究方向主要进行海洋生物材料(如多糖、蛋白质(酶)、脂质)的分离、纯化、改性、鉴定及相关应用基础研究,已成功地分离纯化了多种新型的海洋多糖、海洋生物酶等。

2)/纳米生物材料

是指用于对生物体进行诊断、治疗、修复或替换其病损组织、器官或增进其功能的具有微纳米结构或微纳米尺度的新型生物材料,已成功地制备了壳聚糖、海藻酸、透明质酸、海蜇胶原、氧化石墨烯等多种微/纳米材料。

   以上研究成果在医药、食品和化妆品等领域显示出良好的应用前景,其中海洋生物化妆品已实现产业化并成功推向了市场。

研究兴趣:

1、微/纳米医用生物材料(药物缓释载体);

2、可食性微/纳米材料(营养物运送系统);

3、微/纳米生物技术在化妆品方面的应用(活性物质载体);

4、微生物胞外产物的分离、鉴定及应用
