主要研究方向： 鱼类发育和遗传育种

1、 鲆鲽鱼在发育的过程中有一个特殊的变态过程，由两只眼睛在头骨中线的两侧转到同一侧，形成有眼侧和盲侧，本课题组对这个变态过程的调控机理进行研究；

2、 海水鱼类的转基因长期以来一直是海水鱼类基因功能研究的重点，本课题组通过用显微注射技术、精子介导等转基因方法进行尝试，以期建立海水鱼类转基因体系。

主持和参加的主要课题：

1、 主持国家自然科学基金 “ miR-430和miR-92对鲆鲽胚胎发育早期克氏泡中胞液流的网络调控”（课题号31372511，2014-2017年，在研）；

2、 参加十二五“863” 课题“海水养殖生物重要功能基因的发掘与研究”（课题号2012AA10A401，2012年-2015年，在研）；

3、 主持国家自然科学基金“鲆鲽胚胎发育过程中克氏泡纤毛及其摆动形成的nodal胞液流和Nodal信号途径与体态不对称之间的关系”（课题号31072204，2011-2013年，已结题）；

4、 主持国家自然科学基金“MRC19基因在鲆鲽鱼体态偏转中的作用” （课题号30600455，2007-2009年，已结题)；
