2003—现在:中国海洋大学 海洋生命学院 生物化学与生物材料研究室,教授,博士研究生导师,海洋生物系 系主任;

科研领域描述:

从事海洋生物材料研究和纳米生物技术研究。

1皮肤组织修复生物材料研究,用壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖等研制C-P-C结构的不对称生物膜,用于皮肤创伤组织再生修复研究,开展抑菌、药物缓释、促进创伤愈合和抑制瘢痕增生等生物功效和分子机制研究, 研发软组织创伤修复新型生物材料,该研究得到国家高新技术“863” 项目和国家自然科学基金项目等资助,取得了创新性研究成果,研究结果发表在Biomaterials等杂志。

2纳米生物载体技术研究,用海洋生物大分子进行结构修饰,研究纳米载体的制备技术、靶向技术、载药技术、细胞和组织中输运过程,研究纳米材料与细胞和生物组织之间的相互作用,评价纳米尺度下载体的生物安全性和功效,创造新型纳米药物,该研究得到中、韩政府间国际合作重点研究项目的多次资助,与韩国大学H.J.Park教授课题组建立了长期合作的伙伴关系,取得多项突破性研究进展,研究结果发表在NanomedicineJ. Controlled ReleaseBiomaterials:等杂志。

3水凝胶类生物材料,用海洋生物大分子研制温度敏感型水凝胶和pH响应性水凝胶,研究水凝胶的性能、结构和生物相容性,开展细胞三维培养研究、药物缓释研究、生物支架研究、血管栓赛研究,研究生物材料微结构、微环境与组织细胞生长之间的生物学效应,研发微创型生物医用材料,该项目研究得到国家自然科学基金项目的多次资助,研究结果发表在等J.Mater.Sci.等杂志。
