主要科研领域:

主要从事微生物海洋学研究,本团队近年来致力于海洋微生物驱动生物地球化学循环的机制及其气候效应。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文100余篇,研究成果以通讯作者发表在Nature MicrobiologyNature CommunicationsThe ISME JournalMicrobiomeEnvironmental Microbiology等国际权威期刊上。先后主持8项国家自然科学基金项目(包括重点基金2项)、1项国家重点研发项目、1项国家863项目、1项科技部国际合作重点项目、1项教育部新世纪优秀人才资助项目;所主持的研究成果三次获得国家海洋科学技术二等奖,并入选“2019年度中国海洋与湖沼十大科技进展”。所主编的《海洋微生物学》教材,入选山东省普通高等教育一流教材;2019年获第五届“山东省优秀研究生指导教师” 荣誉称号;所主讲的研究生课程《海洋微生物学》,2021年获山东省研究生教育优质课程立项建设。
