科研工作
主要从事贝类逆境生物学与贝类遗传育种研究。近年来围绕海洋贝类种业发展需求,在共性与前沿育种技术研发、种质资源精准鉴定与优良种质创制方面取得一系列成果。在国内外率先开展贝类表型分析技术研发,创新了贝类表型自动分析技术,突破了贝类抗逆性状快速测定技术,为贝类种质资源的精准鉴定提供了无损伤、高通量、高精度的测定平台;构建扇贝泛基因组IBD数据库,摸清了我国栉孔扇贝种质资源的现状;定位多个抗逆性状相关QTL与基因,揭示扇贝抗逆性状的分子调控机制;研发基因编辑技术、性控育种技术以及全基因组选择育种技术,培育高产、优质、抗逆扇贝新品种。2024年入选农业部神农青年英才。近年来主持参加国家级省部级项目20余项,在国内外主流刊物发表论文100余篇,授权专利18项,获软件著作权3项,获省部级奖励1项,市级奖励5项,培育出高产抗逆“蓬莱红4号”、“獐子岛红”与“海益丰11”等6个国审扇贝新品种,其中“蓬莱红4号”入选农业部全国水产技术推广总站2024重点推广水产养殖品种,并获得2023年度山东省科技创新成果提名,2024年度山东省海洋科技创新一等奖。
