研究方向

本人研究方向主要为海洋生物分子遗传育种、基因组与进化,主要包括海洋经济鱼类的性别调控与配子发生发育,鱼类基因组与比较基因组分析,海洋生物适应性进化等方向。通过基因组和转录组水平的分析,在鱼类遗传进化和分子遗传育种等领域开展工作。
