主要科研领域:

主要从事海洋生物分子遗传与育种、基因组与进化方向研究,包括海洋经济鱼类的生殖调控与配子发生发育,鱼类基因组与比较基因组,海洋生物适应性与进化等方向。近年来致力于通过基因组和转录组水平的分析,在鱼类遗传进化和分子遗传育种等领域开展工作,目前已在国内外主流专业期刊发表论文30余篇,成果发表在Proc. R. Soc. B, Aquaculture, Chemosphere等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、海南省自然科学基金等课题,并参与了国家重点研发计划,山东省重大关键技术攻关项目,海南省重点研发计划等项目。
