主要科研领域：
依托角膜组织细胞主要从事细胞毒理、分化、创伤愈合、免疫调控、组织工程角膜产品的体外构建及产业化推广等研究。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文28篇，申请国家发明专利8项（已授权6项），国际PCT专利1项（美国、日本、韩国、印尼和越南已授权）。主持承担了国家重点研发、山东省重点研发、山东省自然科学基金面上、青岛市源头计划等项目课题；荣获国家海洋局科技创新成果二等奖1项。
