主要科研领域:

主要从事新型海洋糖苷酶的发掘与作用分子机制研究。以功能性海洋寡糖的开发为导向,发掘褐藻胶裂解酶、壳聚糖酶、糖基转移酶等不同类型的海洋糖苷酶,借助酶的空间结构研究,从分子水平揭示其作用机制,据此开发可用于功能性海洋寡糖制备的酶制剂。目前主持承担了国家自然科学基金,山东省自然科学基金等项目。相关研究成果发表在本领域权威期刊或申请专利,部分成果已转化。
