主要科研领域:
海洋微生物的生命过程及其生态效应。从能量代谢、物质循环和生态效应三个层面开展研究。能量代谢方面:揭示并分析不同微生物捕获光能并驱动有机质合成的结构基础与环境适应策略;物质循环层面:挖掘海洋微生物的生物菌株及其酶资源,系统研究微生物驱动海洋重要有机质降解的分子机制;生态效应层面:发现并揭示海洋环境中普遍存在的微生物生物/环境间的新型互作机制。
以第一/通讯作者身份在国内外主流刊物发表论文二十余篇。代表性成果发表在Nature Microbiology、Science Advances(3篇)、Nature Communications(3篇)、Plant Cell、Journal of Biology Chemistry(2篇)等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目/课题;入选山东省泰山学者青年专家,并获国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”支持。
