主要科研领域:

从事贝类遗传学与育种研究,聚焦于三个方向:1)扇贝生长和耐温性状的高通量测定技术

开发;2)扇贝重要经济性状的分子调控机制研究;3)扇贝杂交育种和杂种优势解析。

已在国内外主流刊物发表论文上 30余篇,授权国家发明专利 10余项,相关成果发表在 Science of the Total Environment,AquacultureAquatic Toxicology等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家自然科学基金《栉孔扇贝心电参数 ABT的分子遗传机理和网络调控研究》、山东省自然科学基金《海湾扇贝 PC4基因功能及表达调控机制研究》、青岛市博士后应用研究项目资助项目《基于扇贝心跳参数的扇贝耐热性检测指标体系的建立及应用》等项目课题;培育 “海益丰 12”、“海益丰 11”等高产抗逆海湾扇贝新品种,促进我国扇贝养殖产业的可持续发展。获 2022年度青岛市科学技术进步奖一等奖(海湾扇贝新品种选育与推广应用,第 2完成人)。
