研究兴趣
结合传统培养与分子生物学手段(如基因组和16S高通量测序等),分析弧菌在中国边缘海不同海区的时空分布格局及其对环境因子的响应,探讨海洋弧菌在重要元素(C、N、S等)循环中所发挥的生态作用,以期建立弧菌-环境关联模型指示全球/区域变化。以第一作者在Environmental Microbiology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, BMC genomics, Genomics等领域权威杂志发表SCI论文8篇,以其他作者身份参与发表SCI论文11篇。
