研究方向:
海洋病毒学、微生物海洋学、海洋微型生物生态学。主要研究兴趣:极地、深渊等不同海洋生境中病毒及其宿主的群落结构、分布规律、调控机制、生态作用;病毒基因组多样性与系统进化;噬菌体治疗;微生物驱动的海洋碳汇过程与机制。已在Nature Communications、Trends in Microbiology、National Science Review、The Innovation Geoscience、hLife、iScience、mSystems等领域权威期刊发表论文100余篇。
