 现主要从事甲壳动物行为模式调控与进化特征等方面的研究。近年在microRNA功能调控,节肢动物倍半萜类激素系统的调控与进化机制,以及动物基因组学比较与分析等方面进行研究,从多角度揭示不同动物基因调控特点与进化适应特征。
