主要科研领域:

主要从事海洋动物遗传育种与发育生物学研究,主要研究方向包含:1)利用高通量组学技术,结合转基因和基因编辑技术揭示水产动物经济性状决定的遗传分子机理;2)挖掘关键基因和基因型并据此进行海洋动物定向精准分子设计育种;3)水产动物分子辅助育种和基因组选育;4)海洋动物胚胎发育的表观遗传学研究。已在国内外主流刊物发表SCI论文40余篇,成果发表在DevelopmentZoological ResearchAquaculture等国际权威期刊上;授权国家发明专利6项。近五年主持承担各类科研项目10余项,包括国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、海南省“南海新星”科技创新专项、海南省科技计划三亚崖州湾科技城自然科学基金联合项目等省级及以上科研项目8项;入选山东省泰山学者青年专家。
