主要从事功能基因组学研究,近年来主要在针对动物发育、进化等生物学过程的分子调控机制解析及重要性状相关基因的功能研究方面取得了重要的成果,发表在包括AutophagyNature Ecology & EvolutionPNAS等在内的国际知名期刊上。
