研究方向和成果
聚焦大型海藻生长发育和赤潮爆发的分子机制。以大型红藻龙须菜为实验材料,主要研究藻枝生长发育的调控机制和藻体分枝发生的分子机理,为后续分子育种提供理论支持;以海洋赤潮甲藻为研究对象,研究赤潮爆发的分子机制。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后基金面上项目和青岛市博士后应用研究项目。博士毕业论文被评选为“南京大学优秀博士学位论文”。研究成果以第一作者等身份发表在PNAS、Advanced Science、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Plant Signaling & Behavior、The Plant Cell和Plant Physiology等重要学术期刊上。
