主要科研领域:

利用分子生物学、生物化学、结构生物学等技术方法开展海洋微生物生态学与微生物酶学等研究,主要包括:1、海洋微生物降解海藻多糖的过程、机制与进化;2、海洋微生物来源的新型多糖降解酶的挖掘与结构-功能关系。代表性成果以第一/通讯作者身份发表在The ISME Journal, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Applied and Environmental Microbiology等国际权威期刊上。主持承担国家自然科学基金青年项目(C类)、山东省自然科学基金青年项目(C类)。
