2主要研究方向及成果


 主要研究方向:海洋鱼类的生长发育调控、性别控制和良种选育

 研究成果:

  •  主持国家自然科学基金课题4 项;

  •  作为子课题任务负责人承担国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”项目1 项;

  •  作为中国海洋大学单位负责人承担“十一五”“863”以及“973”项目各1 项;

  •  作为主要参加人参与 “十二五”“863” 1 项;

  •  发表科研论文40 余篇,其中SCI 论文30 余篇;  

  •  构建了海水鱼类转基因平台,为海水鱼类基因功能验证奠定坚实的基础; 从基因组层面上分析和揭示鱼类卵胎生的进化特征,证明许氏平鲉 “卵胎 生”的繁殖方式是从卵生向真正的胎生进化过程中的一种过渡类型,为理解 动物卵胎生和胎生生殖模式的进化提供了重要参考。
