主要科研领域：
主要从事海洋生物种质资源开发与种业工程，研究鱼类分子遗传学及优良品种选育、鱼类染色体组操作与性别决定机制、鱼类基因组学和功能基因研究、鱼类胚胎干细胞和生殖干细胞分离培养及借腹生子研究等。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文二百余篇，成果发表在Molecular Ecology Resource等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家“863”计划、国家重点研发等项目课题；获政府特殊津贴，入选2010年山东省泰山学者特聘专家，并获获得省部级奖励5项。
