主要科研领域

利用分子生物学、生物化学和结构生物学的技术方法研究海洋细菌代谢海洋中重要有机物,驱动碳、氮、硫元素生物地球化学循环的结构基础和分子机制。

  1. 发现海洋中代谢全球碳、硫循环的重要载体物质--二甲基巯基丙酸内盐(DMSP)的新型微生物类群,探究DMSP的代谢多样性

  2. 解析DMSP合成及代谢过程中关键酶的结构并研究其催化分子机制

  3. 探究海洋微生物代谢海洋氮循环中重要参与者甲基胺类物质的分子机制

以第一/通讯作者身份在国内外主流刊物发表论文三十余篇,代表性成果发表在Nature Microbiology, Nature Communications, PNAS, ISME J, eLifeTrends in Microbiology等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金等项目课题;入选山东省泰山学者青年专家,并获国家首批“博士后创新人才支持计划”支持。
