研究方向
微生物海洋学,主要研究内容包括:1. 不同海洋环境中微生物有机硫循环过程的生态研究;2. 微生物有机硫的代谢过程中的新基因的鉴定;3. 重要有机硫化合物,如DMSP、DMS、甲硫醇等,在微生物中的生理功能。以第一作者在Nature Microbiology、Cell Reports、Environmental Science & Technology、ISME Communication、Molecular Ecology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、等微生物学领域权威期刊发表SCI论文多篇。
