主要科研领域
主要从事贝类分子遗传学研究,聚焦于:(1)前沿组学技术方法开发,为贝类分子育种研究提供关键技术;(2)通过基因组-代谢组等系统生物学整合分析,解析贝类重要经济性状的遗传调控基础。研究成果相继发表在Nucleic Acids Research、Genome Research、Engineering、Briefings in Bioinformatics、和Aquaculture等国际主流期刊。
