主要科研领域:

利用分子生物学、生物化学和结构生物学等技术方法开展海洋微生物多样性、生态与应用研究,主要包括:

1、海洋病毒(主要为噬菌体)的多样性及对海洋生态系统的影响;

2、海洋噬菌体与宿主的相互作用关系;

3、海洋噬菌体在水产养殖中的应用。

代表性成果以第一/通讯作者身份发表在Science AdvancesJournal of Hazardous MaterialsmBio等国际权威期刊上。主持承担国家重点研发计划子课题,国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目,中央高校基本科研项目等。
