研究方向

海洋及淡水原生动物纤毛虫的形态分类多样性、系统发育学研究,以及微型生物生态学研究工作。近期主要围绕真核、原核微生物的多样性与格局动态开展种群、群落、食物网的生态系统研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Environmental Pollution》、《Marine Life Science & Technology》等期刊发表SCI论文26篇,其中首作者、通讯作者SCI论文21篇(中科院一区2篇,二区11篇)。
